    Thank you!

Is there a way I can see what ratings I've been given by each member? I've got three so far and the 'average' is 'very useful', but how do I know what each person gave me?

No....afraid you won't be able to tell who's given you what rating. We used to be able to, but Dooyoo changed the system...I believe it was to prevent revenge-rating which was a problem from time to time, and it does seem to have wiped that out, which in turn has created a happier environment. If you have an overall average of VU, that's a good sign.

Ah, yes, that would make sense.

How do I get it to notify me when someone in my circle of friends writes a review? In the section in settings it says 'inactive' and I can't seem to change it to 'active'.

  • Hi. I've been with Dooyoo for a couple of years or so now -username ROGERTHEDODGER- and have earned several crowns). a crown earns you £1.50 on top of the pennies you get for each rate. It is very much a reciprocal 'rate exchange' but it is nice to see that it does reward quality articles. Just make sure that your articles do not get 'locked out'' by the moderators. This happened to me with some very early reviews and was a nuisance as I had to re-write them before I could redeem my first payment.
I haven't been active on the site of late but I do need to get back into it.
The best bit of advice I can give is to sign up on ciao.co.uk (I am on there as FLOCKOFSEAGULLS)as well because they will allow you to cross-post articles (and vice-versa with Dooyoo). Therefore you can effectively get paid twice for the same article. I have earned over £30 a month on Ciao from just a couple of articles. However, this was because I was awarded a Diamond. I think these are worth £15 Again, quality is rewarded as exceptional reviews are rewarded with a shared pot called the 'Premium Fund' each month.
I have found myself to have limited time recently and enjoy posting very short opinions/articles on a site called Bubblews. It pays very well in that your posts only need to contain a minimum of 400 characters NOT words! I have redeemed over $75 in 3 months of,not very active, work. It has great potential as a good little earner and is much better than MyLot -who have stopped paying out now anyway.
    Hope this is helpful.
