I figured that I would start a new thread for this as it seems to have a few older ones and nothing very relevant to now. This could run alongside the other earning threads and be a good motivator.
I signed up a week ago and have spend a total of about 2 hrs on the site. I have earnt £15..... pretty good I think, especially considering the frustration of some of the sometimes non crediting "earning" sites.
Miwa has written the best "how to guide" so i will leave that to her.
Who wants to join in?

Of course my comrade spiritwood. Here is a bit of a wordy guide:
Many products sold online have reviews written by consumers as a litmus of how good a product is along with its longevity and ease of use. You've probably noticed these on sites like Amazon, Boots, and PC World.
However, there are specialist sites that will pay you, the consumer, to write about the items you've purchased and had experience with. These sites require detail about the technical specifications of the object, the price, how it is used, and lots and lots of personal opinion - do you like how it looks? Did it work for you? Do your children or partner like it? Was it worth the money? - Just some questions sites expect your reviews to contain answers to. There is usually also a minimum word count, but this varies.
You may get paid a set rate to review an item, for example, £0.15 for a 300-word review on an electrical item. You will also then get money for each individual read by other users, who will then rate you on a scale of usefulness, which will also incur you a small payment. If your reads and rates reach into the hundreds, which is not uncommon, you could be earning several pounds per review. Maximise that by three or four reviews a week, and you could be earning hundreds of pounds a year simply from giving your opinion on something you already use.
Most sites rely on an unspoken rate-me-I'll-rate-you-back philosophy. This means you cannot simply post 200 reviews and book your flight to Spain right away - slowly and surely wins the race, after all. Post a few reviews, read and rate lots of other people's reviews, construct a circle of friends who you know will always rate you back, and build on that over time.
Onto specifics: Dooyoo is a consumer review site based in the UK, but also allows other European residents, such as Italians and Germans.
Dooyoo pays reviewers in "dooyoo miles" which are equivalent to 1 dooyoo mile = 0.01 pence. Reviewers may withdraw their money once they reach £20 (20000 dooyoo miles) in Amazon vouchers or a charitable donation. If a money rather than voucher is preferred, the threshold is raised to 50,000 / £50 (note that dooyoo don't charge you to get cash, unlike many other sites).
Dooyoo divides payment by classing items (and therefore product reviews) in levels.
Level 1 is the highest paid, 600 dooyoo miles per review + 20 dooyoo miles per read (60p / 2p).
Products included at level 1 are CD players, tuners, Car Speakers, Amplifiers, Headphones, Audio books, Printers, Desktop PCs, Inkjet Printers, RAM, Graphic Cards, Webcams, Contact Lenses, Shoes, Lawnmowers, Heaters, Freezers, Pushchairs, Child Seats, GPS navigators, Cameras, Instruments, Fitness equipment, Telephones, Plasma TVs, and more.
Level 2 is the next highest paid, 300 dooyoo miles per review + 15 dooyoo miles per read (30p, 1.5p).
Products included at level 2 are PC accessories, Cookbooks, Cosmetics, Lingerie, Coffee, Spirits, Garden Accessories, First Aid Kits, Bedding, Cutlery, Lighting, Baby clothing, Caravans, Pet Accessories, Music albums, Photo Editing Software, Children's toys, PC games and more.
Level 3 is 100 dooyoo miles per review + 10 dooyoo miles per read (10p, 1p).
Products include College courses, credit cards, flash drives, loans, pet food, DVDs, oral care, department stores, estate agents, airlines, the UK/Ireland travel guide, and more.
The lowest level of payment is the dooyoo lounge, at 10 miles per reading, an informal section of the website promoting discussion on various topics like health problems, Internet sites, recipes and more.
Levels are altered all the time, and new products go up or down a few times a month - so this may be out of date! You can order products by dooyoomiles on the sitemap.
Dooyoo rewards exceptional reviews nominated by readers for "crowns" - literally a small crown symbol on the title of the review and 1,500 bonus dooyoo miles (£1.50).
You can also earn extra dooyoo miles for being the first person to review an item in the dooyoo catalogue (+600 DMs for level 1) or writing a review for dooyoo's "most wanted" items (+1000 DMs).
Dooyoo also holds monthly competitions for the 3 best reviews in any given category (e.g. cosmetics) for 5000, 3000 and 1000 DMs respectively. There is also a review of the month prize for 3500 DMs. For first reviews in selected categories, there is automatic entry into the first review draw for 2500 DMs. As you can see, there are various ways to earn money with dooyoo.
Dooyoo has a very communal atmosphere and it may at first seem cliquey, but in my experience everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Newcomers with slightly shaky starts to their reviewing may be scrutinised rather harshly compared to the regulars (e.g. "rated down"), but this soon passes.
There is a "circle of friends" feature where you can add those who you feel review well, and people may do the same to you.
Dooyoo reviewers may often include personal details in their reviews, such as small tidbits about their children, and often upload avatars of themselves (this is a very good idea - always upload an avatar, even if it's of a flower or a pet). As such there is a very personal and informal atmosphere where it is easy to make friends.
There are two types of reviewing methods: the first, informally referred to as churning, is posting several short reviews everyday without hope of gaining commendations. This is the easiest/fastest way to earn money, but you may receive a bit of flak for it from the other members. The second method is to earn more slowly with longer-written and more detailed reviews that pick up crowns and awards, perhaps once a week, that earn many reads. Of course you could always choose to mix and match the two.
Rating is a way of giving back to the community and also bringing users to read your own reviews as they rate back. You can do this by rating the reviews in the Newest Reviews tab. You can rate Not Useful, Somewhat Useful, Useful and Very Useful, and there is also a button to nominate a review for a crown. It is also common etiquette to rate back those who rate your own reviews.0 -

No problem. Dooyoo is a good site, the customer services are always helpful and quick and the vouchers come quickly as well - I am glad it is getting some exposure and hope you all manage to earn well0 -
I like this site a lot. I try to do a couple of reviews a week and always rate back as well as proactively rate other reviews I find interesting. It is important though not to proactively rate too much too fast or you do get a warning e-mail.
Writing one review a day can also be a good idea as a lot of people won't rate more than one of your reviews a day.
Writing more than a bit over the 150 mark will also help stop your first reviews from getting locked along with their miles.
Updating your reviews before they hit their six month anniversary will also keep you earning from them.
The picture is pretty much essential in helping people rate you back. Mine is the same here as there.0
