Starting to really like Dooyoo, not very good at writing reviews but i'm sure i'll get there in the end.

I can see this site becoming a great little earner :)

Oh yeah a few days ago someones review was all just symbols and letters and didnt make any sense, like they'd pasted it in or something so I figured the site was playing up and went back to try to rate it again and it was still the same so I sent them a message saying that I was looking forward to reading it but it wasn't displaying correctly. They didn't reply but I think they slated a review I'd just published. Can't be sure it was them but either they or the one other person who'd rated it marked it v low. This person then published many more reviews with the same problems, so I didn't bother contacting them.

They are scammers. They will get banned so don't worry about it. They will not earn a penny.

I just realized i can only write 5 reviews a day as i'm a new user. So i'm wondering when does the 5 a day limit go up?

i didn't know there was a limit. but 5 a day is considered churning i think. i deally aim for one of two a day max. you will get people avoiding you if you churn. concentrate on writing one or two amazing reviews and spend the rest of the time rating others who will then come and rate you. churning is not good on the site and most don't like it.

I rated a review about a website a few days ago, the review was so-so at best and from a newbie who had not reviewed anything else. Anyway I accidently clicked on the button to bring up the other reviews for the site and there was loads, and I mean loads, of other so-so reviews by newbies. Funnily enough they all gave the website 5 stars.

Now it seems fairly obvious to me that someone who own/works for the company is reviewing their own website.

I sent an email to Dooyoo to advise them, I don't if they will do anything though. I am wondering is there some sort of procedure to follow when you think someone is making fake reviews?

Thankyou for the advice :) definitely don't want to 'churn'. I've been rating quite a bit today and people seem to appreciate that as a few have now rated my reviews.

you did what i do.... send a message to dy with the link. they remove a lot of the newbies posting copied and stolen reviews. am not sure about website reviews... yes some are given incentives to write about websites but i think it is fairly clear when ;like you say, all reviews are newbies and positive and en masse lol

    Sorry I have another question.

This morning when I logged in it said I had received 101 ratings, yet just now it says I've received 98 :/ Can people take the review "back"?
