Welcome Helen. I have read your revs. I will be honest here at the risk of offending you: they are not brilliant. You need to add a lot more info and opinion to get high rates. If you want I could paste you a template I made for my friend if that helps you.

hi helen and welcome :) and other newbies too.
best way to learn what dy expect for a very useful rating is to read other people's stuff and have a good mooch around the site. it is a consumer site therefore your review needs to contain enough info to contribute to a choice that the consumer will make in regards to that product. the review needs detail, not even loads but enough to give the reader a good idea about the product.
don't be disheartened by not getting it right initially. i have found people there to be really nice and helpful. just get to know the site and the members and you will get it :)

    I am dollyimples,

would I Start getting new points if people reviewed my old reviews???

If I remember rightly, people stopped using it as some peeps were having problems with payouts???

IIRC you only get miles if the reviews are under six months old or have been updated within six months, so if you update your back catalogue, they should be earnable again :)

Welcome to all the new to DYers :)

I've been a member of Dooyoo for a few years now and really rate it :). Not the biggest earner no but nice for a little bit of pocket money every few months or so.

I joined dooyoo yesterday, if anyone is interested my ID is XanderSi. That is also my user name on Swagbucks, Zoombucks, NeoBux and Clixsense. Although on SB it is XaNderSi, not sure why I capitalised the N on that but not the others??

By the sounds off it I will need to rate a few more people back so I don't pee anyone off!

Just out of curiousity, how many rates do you guys tend to average on your reviews? I'm looking at 5 for each at the moment, which I don't think is too bad to say I'm new to it. I've also racked up 3880 miles in the past two days, almost 10% of the way to cashing out.

    Hi everyone!

I've just signed up to Dooyoo in the last hour so i'm still trying to find my way around the site. I'm going to start by reading back through this thread to pick up some useful hints and tips (so thank you in advance). I may be back later with questions...

If anyone would like to add me to their circle of friends (although i'm not quite sure what that means yet!) my username is: jasperpatt

    Thanks

I tend to get between 25 and 60 depending on how long I leave a review for. 25 if I am posting more than one review a day and up to 60 if I leave it a day or two and rate others.

To anyone who wants to read a good review feel free to check some of mine out (anything from the last year or two and you don't have to read a brand new one to give me points) as I have had one review locked on Dooyoo out of 1900 and that was one of my poor new reviews. There is no need to do a 3000 word essay like some people and I find about 500 is plenty for providing my own opinion and get Very Useful ratings and lots of them!
