I am a member of Dooyoo, although I haven't posted any reviews for some time now. It's not a bad way to earn a few quid, but if you want to get your reviews crowned you do have to put a lot of work in. I have 4 out of 28 reviews crowned, which I am pretty pleased about, as it's a real accolade - not to mention the massive 'Dooyoo Miles' boost (1500 for a crowned review).

Hi! I'm on dooyoo as minimunchkin, I recognise a fair few names on here

I'm up to £18 in two weeks, hoping to get around £30 a month but I don't know if that's feasible, i've been hammering it this last two weeks because i've been quiet with orders but i'm getting busier now.

I'm trying to rate a lot of people but i'm still not getting more than say 30 rates per review, 30 would be considered A LOT actually. Hopefully this will increase when the new member banner goes (when does that go?)

I've had two crowns so far, very pleased with that! Both for my two Kenwood machines

Has anybody had a review locked? I had one of my first reviews locked, it was only rated Useful but I updated it over a week ago and it still hasn't been unlocked or given me any feedback as to why. It's annoying because there's a review on the same product that's only rated Somewhat Useful but yet that's there and they're getting miles for it

Anyway sorry to waffle

Hi minimunchkin, I'm miwa. You're doing well! Well done on two lovely shiny crowns.

One of my reviews was locked. It seems common practice that DY do this if a company complains (e.g. restaurants and tradesmen). If you've updated a review you have to email DY HQ to get it unlocked. They won't look at it otherwise. If it's unlocked it will reappear and you will get your miles back for it. Good luck.

Ratings vary. If you rate everyone back and rate a page of Newest Reviews a day you should be getting between 30-50 review reads. Those with more tend not to post regularly, so their reviews accumulate more rates over a longer period of time. 30 is a good number.

I am going to estimate that the level 1 categories will change in the next week... Just saying it here as normally I don't bother and then they do

There are quite a few good level 1 categories at the moment so get your reviews in guys!

No crystal ball just get to know their little habits and patterns over the years. Also, as soon as the new reviews list is full of level 1s it tends to be changed
