Well my laptop has gone down from it some sort of bug got it and I've only used the comps from here

Is anyone on another comping forum, has it happened to others or just MSE people?

I think we could also rule out any virus/malware/trojan at play. I use a laptop (ironically I won on Facebook) which has Linux installed. The likelihood of a virus affecting people using all OS's, and particularly Linux where such things are extremely rare, in triggering such a security check would be newsworthy.

Mine is my real name, I have a couple of hundred friends on there and do various comps. I also post status updates every now and then and never do tagging comps.
Also, instead of writing liked and shared all the time I tend to put Brilliant or thank you

I was just having a quick search funnily enough.
Seems to be a few on Loquax (not as many as here though), nothing posted on HUKD that I can find. I've never really been on HUKD though so wether I'm searching wrong I don't know??:o

Not sure what other comping places there are out there that have a forum/comments section.

No MSE in my name but Im a member of the winners circle. Personally I dont think theres a link. Theres a few of my friends on FB that are manic like and sharers and they seem to be all fine and are liking and sharing away

I have no MSE in my name but am a member of TWC. I don't think it is malware at sweepers in USA and compers in Aus have been affected too! Think I'll just stay quiet for a few days

Watch out I did my 5th log in today and got a 30 day ban same as I had in December

I failed the verification 1st time, as I couldn't recognise anyone from the comp pics

Twice today my facebook account has been blocked. Both times I had to have a code sent by email then a code sent to my mobile and i've been advised to read how to use facebook to stop this happening again :mad:

It said they've received feedback that my account may not be real.
