FB just blocked my account because they say they have had a report that it is not a genuine account

It is a genuine account and I don't understand this - they want me to identify some friends from pictures that have been liked and tagged. I have absolutely no idea on some of these. Is there anything I can do please?


Thanks for your replies - perhaps FB have a problem.
My account is in my correct name so can't think what the problem might be.

me too, mine is a genuine account and the only one i have got, i tried to do the identification thing but half of them were people tagged in comps which i couldn't see, i have named the ones i could see but that is probably only about half.

same here- i verified it last night and it let me back in, then while using FB again this morning it randomly logged me out and i had to do it again.

Just happened to me also... Cannot access it now!

I was on the leader board for the DS3 car comp as well!!!!!!

I got blocked the same way last night - it's driving me mad as the pic are just comp tags !

I've googled and they suggest going into a popular friends list of mutal friends to try and identify that way, but there is a time limit on it.

Does anyone have any other suggestions ?

Mines a genuine account and of course there's no way of contacting anyone at FB
