I've looked for a contacts page, but there doesn't seem to be one. I've trawled the 'help' section ... but it's no help ...

Im not sure Claire I was just looking for an email address. :think:

It seems to have let me back on now but the like and comment buttons have gone which make it totally useless. :wall:

I would just like to add that my non comping account has not been blocked but I only access that from my iPad and only have family and friends on there.

go to your homepage, click on the cog wheel thingy (extreme top right), click 'help', then 'report a problem', then 'send feedback' where you can 'rate your experience' :T

Not sure if it'll actually be read by anyone, but if any feels like venting

Oh, it says Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. We don't typically respond to feedback emails, but we are reviewing them.
Maybe if they see many people with the same problem, they might (I say 'might' loosely) do something (yeah, right, let's not get our hopes up)

After I submitted the form it said 'you will receive an email shortly' or something like that. I won't hold my breath.
