Hugs all round today as it seems plenty are in need :grouphug:
I'm doing a little better this morning beds are made, I've cleaned the bathroom window and emptied the upstairs bins0 -
Morning All
Friday at last :j. Last day at paid stuff until Monday.
Honeybear - Hugs, I know what its like when, your pets are a part of the family, you are doing the best you can for her xx
Dusty - Virtual coping vibes for you and all the family x
Mrs G - So sorry to hear your situation, hope you can come to some sort of resolve soon x
Bossy - How good is that sweeper for wooden/hard floors? I too am not a lover of "fancy" chocolates, much prefer C@dbury as well
Arkonite - I find the lists great but if something is N/A to me, I score it off or something to be decluttered is on list & I have already done it the I substitute something else ie a drawer to keep on top of it, for me de-cluttering is the key as I am a tidy person anyway, for example, we clear & wipe our worktops in kitchen every night so when its on list, it gets crossed of, thats just part of my normal nightly routine (I work FT & DH is shifts)
As I will be deorating tomorrow, big clean up will be on Sunday, normal flying (hopefully to recommence next week). After seeing the house my sister is living in last night, I have offered her anything she wants including my sofa (when my new one arrives) instead of selling them, the house is a mess & local authority have not been any help so hopefully that will get rid of a lot of pictures etc this weekend.
Have a good day everyone, will post list up in a mo.....

Me too!
I have five watchers on the beds I listed on FleaBay yesterday and two messages from people who want to buy them. It's a 10 day listing starting at 99p, so this will be really interesting. We've also had several enquiries for accommodation for three months or longer and that will plug the abyss I was staring into because the main source of income is closing for *six months*
Dog is doing amazingly well, all things considered. Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts, I really appreciate it. Now that she's pain free she's refusing her sugar lumps which means I'm going to have to buy her ham to put the syrup on, because we're already getting little puddles. She just loves sleeping on wool carpets, with the rough kiss of pretend-Wilton next to her cheek (and nethers). She can detect Tramadol at 100 paces, but she's fine with paracetemol, so I've got to get my thinking cap on again.Better is good enough.0 -
Done the kitchen bits, just need to hoover and mop again, mogs are making a right mess.
Banking next and then lunch and RofD.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Hi
Just got kiddies lunch so all is quiet
Macpep, the sweeper is great. We have laminate all downstairs and it works well on both that and the rugs. It keeps its charge pretty well, and gets all the dust bunnies from behind my sofas as well as the "crumbles" as DS calls them from their snack times.
We did better for sleeping last night but I feel strangely stressed (although we have been up to town) and just realised I've not had a tablet since Tuesday  I am weaning off them but not that quickly, I should have had one yesterday. I'll have one tomorrow, then skip two days I think for 3-4 rounds then I should be ok to stop altogether.
Anyway, I have got battening and fabric, refilled the fruit bowl and the kiddies were given balloons in wilco, and we had a cuppa in the cafe, so they are happy and DS said it was fun.
Have just shoved a quickwash on with our trainers as they were all filthy from yesterday... Think mum might be dropping in on her way home in an hour so will go prep some salad for our lunch I think... Then I'm going to finish DS dinosaur. I'll do a pic afterBossymoo

arkonite I don't follow the lists religiously, but I use them as a guide. Mostly they help me think about a different room each day of the week, and because I work full time I aim for half an hour each evening as a minimum - which usually allows at least basics or level 1 cleaning. Just helps me to keep on top of things so I don't have to spend all weekend cleaning!
At the paid stuff at the moment, got to pop to shops on way home to return a dress I don't want. When I get home tonight I WILL CLEAN THE BATHROOM!0
