    Hello ladies,

    Downstairs is clean and tidy.
I have decluttered a chat and cup of tea with a DF.
I've baked a choc chip banana loaf.

The post brought more paperwork from the council about the planning development next door. I've looked online and there's only 66 documents to peruse.

LW I hope your appointment goes well and is not to stressful for you.

Mrs Gibbs. Strength and coping vibes for your challenging situation.

Honeybear My PIL have a much loved elderly dog who is close to the end. They are doing all they can to make her last weeks as comfortable as possible. I can see by your posts that you are in exactly the same situation. Your love and devotion to your dog is heartwarming.

Thank you for your kind thoughts, everyone, for Dog. She's just had another walk and several photographs taken in her coat amongst the daffodils for her previous owner. Very pretty. She's had a square of white chocolate for being good because she hates her picture being taken and has snaffled the rest of her sugar lumps with the anti-pee medication on them. Good. I predict a day of comfortable snoozing for her, medicated if nescessary.

Mrs Gibbs, (((hugs))) for your and your family and here's hoping your OH comes to his senses so that the problems can be resolved.

Coping vibes being sent out for LW.

Now to load up Fleabay with bed pictures. I may be some time.
    Better is good enough.

Hi all – having a quick skim of the Fred to keep my mind occupied til it's time to leave.:o Thanks for all the vibes and spoons – I sure need 'em!;)

Rowan Tree my thoughts are with “E”; remember, while those who have made their journey to the Summerlands live on in our hearts, they're never truly gone from us.:o

Dancemum – re meds for low mood – the way I see it, the brain chemistry is out of kilter, and it's no different from taking meds for anything else that's wrong. I hope your DH will agree to see about meds, it could well be the kick-start to recovery that he needs.:o

Honey Bear (((HUGS))) for you and for Dog.

Mrsgibbs (((HUGS))) for you too; and loads of strength vibes.

We've been to Ald! And T3sco this morning, so my cupboards, and the storage crates in the spare room, are full to overflowing.:D

Mr LW is going to help me do the bedroom later:A(hopefully we won't be waiting ages to be seen at the horse piddle) – he's going to do the tops of the wardrobes, including moving all the stuff that's stored up there that I can't do thoroughly; he can also move the plaster bust of Beethoven that lives on the bedroom windowsill that I always have to dust round these days cos it's so bloomin' heavy.

OK, one more coffee, then I must get ready to go.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Finished the basket in one hhi - hurrah! Thanks to all the fresh air and exercise this morning, the littlies hardly pestered me at all! DS picked up his Lego and mini building site, and DD took herself up to bed, but came straight back down again. Suspect she will be wanting snuggles soon, so will get comfy :D

I also decluttered a handful of hotel chocolat from a box my brother sent me at Christmas, how did they last that long? Actually, I'm not that into them, I'd have much rather had some c@dbury giant chocolate buttons, and a nice cup of tea ;) philistine :rotfl:

Must be time for a tea break???:coffee:

Hi is it ok if I join?

From what I gather I start from today..So when I finish work I need to do the lounge. I don't have a cloakroom. I'm so tired already today but I am determined to get some kind of routine going as I seem to just do 'enough' and then procrastinate by literally do anything else rather than cleaning. I go out, do paperwork..anything really.

Honey Bear sorry to hear about Dog's health. Pets are like members of the family and it's hard when they start to get ill and age.

Mrsgibbs so sorry to hear your news. Take it all one day at a time.

Sammiell I'd recommend going slightly off the lists. Focus on whatever needs some attention and do a HHC and then reward yourself with a cuppa and tell us what you have achieved. :)

LW hope it goes ok this afternoon

bossymoo sounds like you had a lovely day out!

keeping motivated welcome! remember to take baby steps and do what you can without exhausting yourself. You'll soon notice the difference. Quite often all I manage is the basic / level 1 cleaning but it all starts to make a difference :)

I didn't bother cleaning the fridge after lunch. I sorted my nails instead! This afternoon I plan to get all the ironing done - 2 hours ought to sort it I think. Currently got the cat sitting on me (very rare event!) so I'll get OH to make a cuppa and then iron after that.

    Afternoon all

It seems like a sad bad news day in the flylady world today and to add mine FiL has been diagnosed with lung cancer.

Hugs for all those in need. I'm going to make the most of the fact the sun is shining and do HH in the front garden clearing around the bulbs so that they can be enjoyed.

Washing is drying on the line and DS1 has hoovered his room and the LR for me.
The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair
