Just so that no-one worries, it's likely I won't get on here tomorrow; going to get some jobs needing Mr LW's input done in morning, then horse-piddle pain clinic at 14:30.
See you Friday, all being well.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Good evening all xx
Been in school today but the little girl I work with was off ill so just worked as an extra TA.
Popped to get some bits in the shop, cooked potatoes, had a visit from Mum then sat down with some crackers and a catch up with the thread.
Bossy, I hope the digger conversation was interesting xx

Hi there everyone. Been a busy day as I cleaned the kitchen, and used a new sink cleaner, that actually made a good difference and made my day! Little things please little minds, as they say!!
I did a general tidy and S&S through, put on 1 x WM, then cleaned the shower while I was in it! I then met my lovely friend for lunch, the one who's ex OH died only two weeks ago.
She is doing well, also the children, but I was thinking of Bossymoo when my friend said the eldest girl was sleeping with her at the moment - a very sad time, and an upsetting and emotional time at the moment for you, Bossy. What a lot of sadness in this world. I heard from another dear friend today and she has just lost her mother after a short illness. She is very, very distraught, so any special thoughts for E would be welcome. Her mum was a good age, and had had a very active and happy life, but that doesn't help at all, it's still an awful time.
Good wishes to anyone still feeling poorly and good luck vibes to Lamewolf for tomorrow. Bonnie, I do hope your Tax Credits get sorted out really soon, as that is a worry I bet you can do without.
Good luck and good flying to everybody. Love R x0 -
Good luck with the horse piddle, LW
Tots away to bed after an early collection, since the snow was flying down  so much for our picnic plans tomorrow. Anyway, they had a bath, some supper and watched Madagascar (hilarious). Chucked DD trainers in wm as they were in a state... Also put more washing away.
If we don't get out tomorrow, we might have a bit of a toy edit...
ETA rowantree, we cross posted. My gran passed away recently, and I think it was quite a shock to my mum. I don't think we can ever really be prepared. I think the only advice I could offer E is to be gentle on herself, there are no rules, and this is not a linear process. It's a bumpy road, and we do learn to manage those bumps a little better. And, advice to you, as a good friend, lend an ear, and the odd casserole. Share memories (if you knew mum) and just generally stick around. When DH passed it was amazing how many people said "just call if you need anything" and then I haven't heard from them since the funeral. But then others, whom you wouldn't really have guessed, come up trumps and show you what true friendship means. Hugs to both your friends. So hard. XBossymoo

On mobile again. Had a great sleep on new memory foam mattress, can't praise it highly enough.
Managed Kitchen including the frog. Frog in kitchen is empty space under worktop, now all cleaned and decluttered. Gave veggie rack a thorough cleaning as well and wiped all the marks off door leading to fridge/freezer cupboard using bicarb of soda.Sealed Pot Challenge 6 - 20580 -

GWS vibes to all poorlies and extra spoons to LW for the horse-piddle visit.
Today I have cleaned through the house, done WMx2 and hung it all out until the white stuff came down, decluttered some bits and eB@yed yet more stuff
DH has unfortunately decluttered a dental crown and has to go to the dentist tomorrow morning. This completely scuppered our plans and means that I have to drive to the West Midlands on my own tomorrow, leaving at about 5.45 am in order to be where I want to be at 8.15 am. After that I am going on to spend the day with DDiL2 and my new DGS3 - I'm taking various frozen HM meals for DS2 and DDiL and they've got sewing and more cooking lined up for me, but I shall enjoy Granny cuddles between jobs. Maybe I can even snatch a nap after our lunch while DGS is being fed. Then drive home again: another 2.5 hours in the car. I just hope it doesn't snow where I'm going.
(((Hugs))) to all who need them
Bossy, I hope your DS now knows all he wants to about cement mixers :rotfl: and that both the children sleep through in their own beds tonight to give you a break0
