Poor little chap. He really is struggling at the moment, isn't he? Hang on in there Bossy, he's doing as well as he can. As are you. Hugs all round, I think.Better is good enough.0

Bossy, you're doing great gal. Everything will work out fine. He won't want you disappointed in him so will try his best.
Flying: pipe defrosted so I was able to clean the sink, so it can't be as cold today as yesterday. Only thing not done is mopping the hall floor, strange that!Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Spent all day blooming well chasing Mr BT for the 2nd day in a row, so not much done apart from my basic s+s. Have a pounding headache with all the hassle so I don't think I will be doing much later apart from a bath
Attempt ironing tomorrow (again!)
Have a lovely evening everyone0 -
Hope to be flying a lot more this week. Started well last week then ended up with cold which had knock on effect on other ailments. Almost recovered now. Didn't do flying yesterday but have done bathroom today.
I got my new memory foam mattress was delivered on Friday. OH has a memory foam mattress and I sleep far better at his and feel the benefit of it with my various health things.
Sending (((hugs))) to everyone that needs them.Sealed Pot Challenge 6 - 20580 -

Bossy sending hugs to you and the little ones. Bless him its hard for grown ups to find a reason or explanation for things sometimes so must be harder for children to make sense of stuff.

Evening all
Some good flying going on there today ladies.
Window is done but oh how much mess it has made, just spend 2 hours wiping in the kitchen - guess where you lot will be flying tomorrow!
WM is on
All bedrooms were dusted earlier and DS1 and I sorted out all his clothes so big bag for the charity bag this week.
Off to do the list and then mopping is the name of the game for me before DS3 and DH get back from cricket nets.
Bossy - big hugs, some days are really tough for you all aren't they. I can promise you that the day will come when he doesn't want to be in your bed anymore, I can't tell you when they day will come but promise it will xThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Oh gawd he's just said mum I don't want a toy from the shop, so I can get in your bed
Aww bless him... he's just looking for a little bit of reassurance perhaps?
How are you doing at the moment?
My DS2 seems to have the ability to sense when I'm struggling with something (even if it's internally & not voiced) and can display a wide range of emotions/behaviours... even down to not sleeping!!
Have you asked him if there is anything on his mind or if there is something he wants to ask you? I hope he settles for you soon.
Sending you both heaps of hugs xx
(I now want to go snuggle with both my boys & tell them how much I love them, DS2 is already asleep.. recovering from flu and DS1 has just frowned at me for looking soppily at him!! :rotfl:He's 12!!)"There's a little witch in all of us"🔮🪬🧿DEBT FREE 06/2018Mrs SD’s Decluttering 2025 ⭐️ 🥇0 -
Oh has just spilt a glass of red wine on the beige carpet  It had to happen sooner it later, and it's taken us just under 20 years to do it, so I can't complain. The carpet washer has really come into its own tonight, and the WM is churning the splashed sofa cover.
Sleep well Moos.Better is good enough.0 -
Bless you all Bossy - he is doing the best he can in the only way he can communicate. I was just wondering - do you have any other men that he knows well enough and trusts enough around you - perhaps one of DH's friends or one of your DS's friends' dads that he sees at nursery/school? I wondered if a little time with another male would soothe him enough to chat about stuff, even if they just kick a ball around or read a book with him? Does FIL have a shed/garden they can just do "man stuff" in, without you and DD being present. I can't think of anything else that may help. It will all be alright in the end and remember, it is still early days and as long as the channels of communication are there, he will always have an outlet if he does want to discuss anything with you. You have my utmost respect and I applaud the way you conduct yourself and cope. Much love xxDecluttering junk and debt in 2016
