That's a very good point about the bugs, hadn't thought of that. The Humax ones seem good so I'll probably go for one of them.

There are new models every few months, so you could wait forever. Go with the Hummy.

I guess we're talking about one that connects to an aerial, not a satellite dish.

Try Humax Direct, usually plenty of refurbs on there. As above, are you looking for Freeview or Freesat?

Have a look on your local Ebay listings (no postage to pay), as there will be people, not having pay tv, wishing to upgrade to a catchup box.
