    That's Monday done :)

Very busy day at work, but that's nothing new, passed by in a flash. Went to the gym at lunchtime and have done 23,364 steps today. Tonight is AFD 5 of January, aiming for another 2 this week.

Very low spend day of just under £3 in Lidl. New grocery budget is in place, shaved £10 off it and put it towards the flooring plus did the same for the weekly spends budget so £20 towards flooring.

I really hope I can keep up the momentum of sticking to the diet and budget.

  • What a lot of steps SA. How many steps is your walk to work? No wonder you're losing weight :T.

Shaving the grocery budget and putting it towards the flooring is a good idea.

It's just over 6k steps to work each way so 12k in the bag before anything else. At work I have to keep getting up from my desk and going for a walk or my ankle seizes up. Then at lunchtime if I don't go to the gym I go for a walk. I've been walking to and from work for years, I hate catching the bus, only catch it if it's pouring with rain.

..and all the plans as well - incredibly organised of you, Sun.A.

Good luck on scan-day, hope Mr SA behaves himself and doesn't get too anxious on the way in.
