  • You're doing well SA on your meals and gym sessions :).

I used to ice skate in my school holidays with my best friend as a child. Just skating around the rink, no pirouettes or jumps or anything fancy :rotfl: but haven't done it since I met DH for some reason . My best friend's mum broke her arm the first time she tried it

The cauli rice is amazing Cumbria Lass, it's got the consistency of real rice, so easy to cook and even tastes nice on its own.

Can't ice skate - can roller skate and do inline skating but once on ice I just become wobbly legged.
Second the Iceland cauli rice tho it is quite easy to make from scratch if you have a good firm cauli and a decent processor. I think the faster the better. It will even freeze relatively well too, though not as well as the processed versions sadly.

    Happy Friday everyone :)

Full working week survived :) Just.

Chaos at work today, the train station was on fire and all trains cancelled. Bearing in mind 50% of people at work get the train it was very quiet today as a lot of them live too far away. Our offices are very close to the train station so the smell of smoke was everywhere even in my hair.

In other news went to pub at lunchtime with work friend for a glass of wine. Should've been going to the gym but a good natter and a glass of wine is better for the soul :)

    Still full of cold :(

The WW booklet arrived from the Mail :)

    DD's birthday today - 31
