    Hello folks :)

I was too tired to post last night.

Doing well with my lose 1lb this week campaign. Did over 20k steps yesterday and today, went to the gym at lunchtime yesterday, have stuck to my WW points and had 2 AFDs so far this week :)

Beanie and EE - thank you for offering to send me the WW booklet but the Mail are sending me one :)

That's Monday and Tuesday done :)
