Mr SA's scan over and done with, if we don't hear anything within a week it'll mean all is ok. Then it's the consultant next month. He had forgot, I reminded him this afternoon, he was ok about it actually. Didn't get much change out of £20 for taxi fares £1 in fact, which has now gone into my little jar
Other spends today have been £2 on a retirement collection at work and just under £5 in Lidl.
Been to the gym at lunchtime and steps are 21,410.
Bought a mini bottle of wine from Lidl today to drink while I watch GirlfriendsI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Friday Eve
Can't believe Mr SA rang me at work today to ask me to pick him up a new electric shaver as his wasn't charging properly. Like it was a loaf of bread or something, not something that will cost at least £50 (if I'm lucky). Needlesst to say, for the time being, he'll have to use disposable razors. Just when I'm doing well (so far!!) with the budgets, a new shaver would totally blow it!
That aside have spent just under £10 on groceries today in Mr S and Mr L which leaves £70 in the pot for the big Mr M shop on Saturday.
Today's steps are 20,243 and in the interests of cleaning the fridge I'm using up the tonic water left over from last weekend - some gin might have found its way into it - oopsI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
