Shattered tonight after looking after the grandkids for 3 hours while parents went Christmas shopping. Granddaughter is really good and just wants to colour or read books (she's 3) but grandson is a one year old one man demolition squad. Plus he had an upset tummy and I had to change two smelly nappies
Even the dog was exhausted!

Crossed posts again Beanie. He's like a child, there is always something on his list. He's not going to get Amazon Prime though, I have to draw the line somewhere. It's got to the stage where I hardly dare buy myself something new as he'll want something too.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

But seriously, you are right, you do have to draw the line somewhere.
Does Mr SA know when you get something new or could you pass it off as something you have had a wee while?I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Not surprised you are tired after looking after the grandchildren SA. My 2 are not even teenagers but when I look after my nephew who's 3 I realise how easy (dare I say it!) I have it now!!! xxMummytogirls x0

Clothes, shoes, bags he always notices if new. I can get way with stuff like make up or books that's about it.
However, I can fob him off price wise
This morning's Mr M delivery included two very welcome freebies of a mini bottle of Amarula (this is a gorgeous fruit cream liqueur for those who don't know) and a small can of sparkling wine. Happy days
Have now bought all Christmas presents including something for Mr SA to give me. Pre illness he was brilliant at buying presents, even though he used to go a bit mad. Now he only thinks about himself.
Bought some bauble stickers for £2.50 from Wilko to put on my kitchen patio doors. Really happy with them they look amazing. Going to get another set for my living room window.
Been really cold today with a few flakes of snow but more expected tomorrow. Just dreading it getting icy, scared of slipping. Ankle is sore, I think it might be the cold, was told to expect this.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
