Argos are going to replace the wardrobe. I've chosen a different one just in case the same thing happens. Can't fault their customer service. They'll pick the old one up and drop off new one on Wednesday.
You'll all be pleased to hear Mr SA has finally got his bootees. I went in loads of shops without success, Primark didn't have his size but glad they didn't as got him a pair of Muk Luks for just £2 more from TK Maxx. He's happy with them anyway. Let's see how long they last!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
 to the collapsing wardrobe, but I'm glad you didn't have to put it together. What are they like!

Unfortunately he's not going to let me get out of helping him with the new wardrobe. I wouldn't mind but I'm not noted for my flat pack furniture assembly skills. Oh well.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

As the bootees have been crossed off his list, Amazon Prime TV is the next thing
Have just explained to him that you have to pay monthly for it and we already pay for Virgin when we mostly watch Freeview!
I blame the advert breaks, they're lethal for someone like him.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
We got rid of Virgin tv and have Netflix now, a third of the price and better

To be honest DD pays a chunk of the Virgin TV, although she also has Netflix. If it was left to me I'd get rid of it as I don't watch much TV, I prefer the radio. What do you do about broadband Hairy?I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

We have Virgin broadband. I can't say I've been that impressed with it up to now, but they installed a new router the other day because DH kept complaining on Twitter and it has been better since.
