Re Mr SA - I’d be very tempted to drop something on his other toe only it would mean even more work and stress for you......
Have to agree.

He thinks he's hard done to but he got up from his nap, went in the living room, put a film on and cracked open a beer.
Meanwhile I took the dog for a walk, did the ironing, prepared the dinner and tidied up.
It does annoy me, I know he's disabled but he's not paraplegic, he could do something. He moans that I don't spend enough time with him but I'm too busy/at work! I pointed out that if he did a few jobs around the house I'd have more free time. Falls on deaf ears.
When he was well, if he ever had a day off work he used to do all the cleaning, was quite good at it.
Although I did have a nice relaxing bath after I'd done all thisI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I mean what would he do if he lived on his own.
He would have to do it then.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. He wouldn't last 5 minutes Beanie.
Just to round off the evening, I was cooking the dinner when he came in announcing "spillage on aisle 4" and wanted the mop
I was then warned to be careful in the living room as it might be slippy
Spilt beer apparently.
Have asked him to take a parcel to the Post Office for me tomorrow as am returning some jeans to M&Co bought last week but found very similar cheaper in Tu sale. Asked if he could do it without getting it wrapped round his neck. Probably not was the reply! This means I'll have to take the parcel to work and back with me. Having said that I'm determined he'll do it.
Can you believe his Clinique cream arrived today. Super fast delivery only ordered yesterday! Going to try and return it tomorrow, if I can't it's not the end of the world as he will use it but prefers the cheaper one.
Didn't get all I wanted to do today done as ran out of time. As long as the skirting boards are painted before the carpet comes that's ok.
Will actually be glad to go to work tomorrow for a rest. :rotfl:I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

The painter didn't start today. Mr SA got the dates wrong, it's next Monday. Words fail me!
Rang a different carpet shop and they're coming out next Tuesday.
Took the Clinique cream back and got a refundMr SA remembered to take my parcel to the post office (shock, faint!).
Gym today at lunchtime plus an alcohol free day
Not a NSD though as needed some gloves, hands have been freezing walking to work. Popped into Primark on my way home from work ended up getting socks and slippers too.
This lunchtime Mr SA rang me while I was running on the treadmill. Then he clocked the Primark bag when I got home. Unbelievably he questioned if I ever actually do any work, what with me "swanning around in the gym and shopping". Words fail me yet again - well polite ones anyway!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Mr SA is treading on dangerous ground with his cheeky remarks and bad behaviour . Where would he be without you?
