I honestly think it's cheaper to pay a painter £85 a day than the damage Mr SA does. Found some more paint on my coat which hasn't really come out. I wouldn't mind but he was painting upstairs and my coat was downstairs.

He found a pair of gloves on the park this morning that he's really chuffed with - just what he needs apparently! Just washed them and he's concerned about whether they've come out ok. Tempted to put paint on them :)

Anyway he plans to continue painting tomorrow

  • Your ankle sounds painful, I hope it improves. I live with a painter & decorator, but my place never gets done as he is too busy doing everyone else's! When he does do something at home he is certainly not as careful as he is at his customers' houses. I have often threatened to employ someone else :)

Hey sunaddicy. Just caught up, gosh your ankle sounds painful, but you do super well go get sound so much on it. You made me laugh re the paint on OH's gloves! My OH doesn't paint at all, he just looks at the messy, grubby walls and ignores them. Super well done on the coffee morning too.

    Happy October :)

    October already :eek

Mr SA won't be painting today, he's been up since 4am being sick/upset tummy. He woke me up to tell me he'd been sick then put the TV on. So I've been awake since then.

I was just sitting having my breakfast just a while ago when I was hit by wave of nausea, hope I'm not getting it too :(

Food-wise we both had a Mr M curry last night, his was lamb, mine was prawn although it could be a bug I suppose.

Weather looks awful this morning, was going to tidy up outside, maybe not.

  • Hope you avoid the sickness and are both well in time for hollibobs.

    Happy October Xx
