Suffering from the physio today :( He bent and manipulated my ankle all over the place. Been really sore ever since. He said I'm doing well though. Early night with painkillers is on the cards.

Mr SA hasn't done any of the little jobs I asked him to. No surprise there. He's worrying about a headache he's had all day, despite getting the all clear only yesterday.

    Finally another AFD :)

Today's spends 50p on a coffee (had some money left on a gift card), 99p for a birthday card and £10.85 on oven liner.

Hope the ankle is feeling better and Mr SA has the all clear.

You said you wished you had it in writing that the consultant thinks he can no longer work. Can you not request this through his secretary, so that you have evidence for DWP and keep a copy?
