Suffering from the physio today He bent and manipulated my ankle all over the place. Been really sore ever since. He said I'm doing well though. Early night with painkillers is on the cards.
Mr SA hasn't done any of the little jobs I asked him to. No surprise there. He's worrying about a headache he's had all day, despite getting the all clear only yesterday.
