Looking for the silver lining

My FB is all about my new rabbit which 1. makes me feel about 9 and 2. looks very sad next to all my friends' pictures of family gatherings and days out at the beach.
Mum is away so there was no family gathering - only my sister to gather with and that would have been weird. We lost touch with other family members when we lost my Dad.
I don't know really what I am trying to say! Just didn't want you to think you were the only one looking at FB going oh. ok then.
I hope Mr SA is feeling brighter today and that you get to do something nice. or a lot of satisfying housework..??!?!?!
Love you

Hope you have a good BH Monday SA & that Mr SA is feeling better soon.
I'm in total agreement about FB, just remember you can't read between the lines and sometimes those perfect posts are written because the postee is lonely or bored. If they were enjoying that much they wouldn't have time to post after all.
I'm using it a lot at the moment so family & friends can see what I'm up to over here but know from personal experience the posts don't show the full picture!!!

Thanks all
Thankfully he has managed to get out of bed today so we are in the garden tidying up and enjoying the warm sunshine.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
We've had a nice day in the garden and Mr SA has managed to stay up for a few hours. Not really done loads but have filled the garden wheelie bin and tidied up a bit. I'm not really a gardener and Mr SA no energy to do much but between us we've not done bad. I have some nice red t shirt shaped marks from the sun! It has become evident today that we need to get a landscape gardener in to do something with our garden. If Mr SA was in good health then he could do the work but he isn't so I'm afraid we have to pay for help. It's 100 feet long and very fertile so hard work.
Back to work tomorrow for 4 days, full week the following week, then just 2 days the week after before holidayI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

The joys of our animals~not
& remember most people only put good things on FB & not the not so good.
Totally agree .... I make it a policy not to put theon FB so I've been really quiet this weekend!

Had to get the doctor out to Mr SA again today. He's still not right, is very breathless, is exhausted and having hot sweats. He's got some more antibiotics, different ones as the last lot made him sick, and the doctor is coming back on Friday to take blood as he wants to rule out the return of Lymphoma. I'm hoping it's just a chest infection as was diagnosed 2 weeks ago. The doctor said things could quickly turn nasty because of Mr SA's condition.
On a lighter note today is AFD number 2 of this week. To be honest I feel a bit sick and don't fancy a drink anyway - hope I'm not coming down with something. There's a mixture of sickness bugs and chest infections going round work at the moment - lovely.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
