Hey Guys

back after a while

i needed to ask experienced guys here to follow up my previous case

basically i had received full offer on the property :-) which is great.. .however now its been almost 3-4 months vendor hasnt found any property yet.

so we found a new property which is chain free now this is extra 10k which will take it to 250k , and for some personal reasons we are thinking its better if we can put 15% instead of 20%

broker pushed in application tonight , however it dint give any answer yes or no

i wanted to know say if this one gets refused for any reason, does the original offer on previous property still stand ?
