No idea. Sorry.
Ask broker for copy of system-generated AIP letter?I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi

DIP and key facts but not sure where would it say that full app is done
regards n thx for answering all silly questions since 2 weeks :beer:0 -
It doesn't. It's just a step on the way to the submission of the full application.
You are just going to have to wait for it to show up on your credit file.I am a mortgage broker. i think i am getting the picture now
so if i understand right, full app is not a complete new application but as a broker you ll probably go into AIP and enter other details like
solicitor details
property details
and run it as full app then0 -
You build a case from the bottom upwards.
You complete the AIP sections first. At the end of that section, you submit it and it passes.
At that point, the borrower can go to find a property, or if they already have one, the data is then imported into the full application, so it's simply a continuation of the existing case.
Once the remaining data is added to the full application, the last bit is the solicitor's details. Once you've added them, you hit submit and if the application passes, you add the payment details for any fees.I am a mortgage broker. i did
what i was trying to understand is, do we receive anything else apart from these to confirm full app is done0 -
EVERYBODY should request a copy of their mortgage application. A good broker will automatically provide a copy as part of the application process.0

Well thanks for sharing because i was also not aware of that before.0
