I give a copy of the fact-find at the second appointment when I do the mortgage application and offer a copy of the mortgage app to everyone.

It's easier when you are using an online system to submit it, because you can email a copy of a .pdf, for example, to the borrower quite easily.

TBH you can give a copy of the handwritten form to the borrower at the time, but submit different information online when you type it in.

A crook can always find a way to do something underhand, if he really wants to... :(

you are right king street , thats what has happened to my santander application 99%, coz they(inhouse advisor) wouldnt give copy or reference no to my santander app to my new broker

if mortgage doesnt go thru , ill well accept it that major part of it is due to my credit history

    :-(

Yes. Fee payment will not be requested if the credit score isn't passed.

    Hey Guys

    Valuation report came today

although we dint request Homebuyers report, it was standard vlauation by HALIFAX

it came up as the value is right !! although some matters pointed out

    1. There is dampness in grd floor walls and cud have affected timbers in contact

    2. the property has suffered previous movements, although there is no evidence if it still ongoing ??

what shud be done in such case
