    Just caught up with this thread,
    just a few points, has anyone put the number into google,
    07710603426

    it comes up with an advert for someone selling a merc in Carlisle,
    together with another mobile, and if you google that number you get a name and if you google that name you get ..........

    Not sure if its any help but I thought I would throw that into the ring :)

    i googled this number from the sign on the park where i got a notice, i got directed to the merc for sale which also handily provided the guys name who runs the ppc, hes been in the game a while but he keeps changing his business names and dissolving the old one, the name on the sign from my car park says the managing agent is a dissolved company with his mobile number, heres a story from when they were known by a different name.

    I see theres some problem in the merc for sale page loading up now aswell, at least on my laptop anyways.

    So he admits that his company issues fines
    He said: “Our wardens usually give people at least 15 minutes after they have parked before they issue a fine. If people think that they have been unfairly treated they should get in touch.”
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Well folks

    I have received a further letter from Roxburghe stating they will accept a reduced amount, and to get in touch. Oh smacks of desperation me thinks.

    And now the phone calls from Roxburghe have started, time to have some fun.
