Oh I've got professional experience of this particular secretary although I don't think she's worked out who I was in a previous job..... nobody liked speaking to her as useless was the word...... If I ask in a consultation for a copy letter I am supposed to get it. If the consultant says I am to have it/copy results (on the letter dictated in my presence I might add) then they are to be sent to me. I've had to have them faxed to the GP and collect them from there before now..... given I have to then pass them to my private IVF doctor..... I spend my time doing the job of other people - wonder if I could get paid for it LOL Still it's only taken 2 months to get a reply to my question..... :rotfl:But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene.
