Ooooo, I think I may be able to help a bit with the Pizza Hut thing!
We went last Saturday, and they do have options that ARE NOT PIZZA!! :T

Wow, thanks a lot - a spag bol at pizza hut (and I love spag bol) - I didn't know they did that! I feel really inspired being on here now.

What do you guys eat for snack attacks? I ate a jacket potato two hours ago and already I feel like eating, I hope I can decrease my appetite!

We could be really [STRIKE]pontiffica[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]pontificka[/STRIKE] patronising and tell empty how she really should try to come to terms with the deal that she's made to herself and how Pizza Hut and the local Indian don't really fit in well with it.

Even better, we could tell her what she can have, devise menus etc :D

Oh, and thanks Petrichor, I have only just read your comment from yday. This month challenge sounds like a good idea so I will add myself to the list if that is okay - so the aim is to lose 5lb this month? Is that from now to end of July? Thanks - oh I feel excited now!

Hi empty - the June challenge ended on Wednesday, so we're onto the next one which will be from now until Wednesday 1st August.

Just a quick post this afternoon for me as I a bored writting sales reports. Still being really bad must be the lousy rain rain rain. Today I have had 6 toffees (packet nearly empty and wont be replaced), 4 biscuits and 8 squares of dark chocolate plus lunch and breakfast - I really really need to stop eating.
Anyway hope to be good next month eventhough I have to go to a 2 day conference and entertain people. Hopefully I wont have to drink that much myself.
Hope you lot a doing better

Can I ask what people think about cheing gum as a way of not eating real food? I can go through a whole packet in a day in an attenpt to stay away from the vending machine at work but I've heard it actually makes you hungry so am trying to decide if I would be better steering clear of it.
Also want to add my congratulations to Petrichor for reaching your target:T
I'm soooo impressed you had the motivation and determination to keep goign.
