I don't have any more %'s to declare but I have a new client signing next week which means that I will have a new child starting with me (I'm a childminder) in August which is a relief. The days/hours really suit me and it means that along with 2 other after schoolers I don't NEED to take on any more kids and I will earn more than I did in the last year..... Big relief1% at a time no. 40. £8000 (For dream family holiday) 94/100

Hi all, have been a bit quiet on the posting front recently but still slowly chipping away at the %'s.... can now declare 30% for Member number 225.
1st debt completely cleared... nasty Very catalogue who were charging me 44% interest
Im determined to up my income this month so that i can make another 2% payment towards my CC2. Ive been keeping track of things by using the snowball calculator which I've found really helpful to give me an overview of how much to pay off and what to pay first according to highest interest rates on my debts.
Have joined the make £10 a day challenge this month for a bit more inspiration too.0 -
Morning all
I don't think I have a number, but I'm pleased to announce my 1st 1%, I've been doing a payment a day, so chipping away slowly and then my minimum payment went out (slightly unexpectedly for me as I'd already paid off £450 this month, so didn't think they'd take the min payment too, but never mind), so I've got to my 1% a bit quicker than I'd thought.1% challenge - /100%

Goooood Evening everybody!
Great to see lots of new folks joining - welcome all! We're on page 1 too! I will be sure to add everyone to the list shortly in one giant update.
Having a very busy time of it lately. Finishing up a contract (managed to get it extended by a few extra weeks which is very helpful!)
Photography is getting to the busy season now so that's taking lots of arranging - August is going to be crammed!
Little MSE tip for you all brought to you by my 10 year old nephew. Lego released their series 10 mini-figures recently. One of which is limited edition (only 5000 made). On the lego homepage you can see that less than 1000 have been found so far so there are still lots left to find.
If you can find a rare Mr Gold - they're selling between £300 & £700 on ebay! Next time you're at the supermarket - pick up a pack, if it feels like one of the pieces is a top hat - it might just be the best £2 investment you make!
Ciao for now!0 -

I realise that I have been proceeding with my 1% challenge since May and haven't actually posted or even obtained an official 1% Challenge number. It was while I was crossing off my 1%s on my Cheeky Monkey 100 Square Table (Courtesy of this forum) that I thought it was about time I said 'Hello!' and made it official!
