Oh Greensaints, sorry to hear that. Keep positive though - you have made brilliant progress already. :) I am a stay at home mum and therefore have no income coming in (other than hubbys) but am still managing to get %'s here and there so keep your chin up - you will be able to clear your debt xx Sending you virtual hugs (although I don't know how to add the hugs icon :o)

Morning, quick update as i am running late for toddler group! My egg skelter is now at £13.50 plus post and i have a toy up on Ebay that has £2 bid on it, they end Sunday evening :)

My friend owes me £24, she is paying me next week so hoping to be able to put about £30-£40 towards one of my debts before month end.

Still need to sort car breakdown cover and a service before i go away. Going to use my Tesco vouchers on Holiday to do something, there is a butterfly house i think the kids will love :)

    Right got to dash!

I'd like to join in, all be it a bit late. But I am not sure I understand the rules. I have a total of 10k of debt, 4k on a 0% credit card, paying a minimum of £90 per month and 6k on a 7.8% apr loan paying £221 per month . I'll be overpaying the loan to get rid of that asap. So does that mean my 1% is £100?

    Me again,

I'm still plodding away with little bits here and there and hopefully my 5 a day way will pay dividends soon. I've just got enough swagbucks to claim £10 paypal but wont claim it in my %'s until its arrived and been used/ cashed out.

I have however just transferred over my £5 bank account reward for may (plus an extra 50p to round my figures up to whole £'s) so I'm that tiny bit closer to another %.

    Hi,
You can work out your % which ever way you wish :-)

If you can over pay the loan then I'd start with that and make your % £60 but you can work it out how ever you wish (thats the good thing about it, its how ever you want to sort it out!)

Operation deep clean has commenced today so nothing to earn pennies has happened but my allergies need sorting. So far ive dusted and hoovered both kids rooms, stripped bedding (which is currently being washed on 60c and hoovered the mattresses. Phew. Whilst entertaining 3 kids this lark isnt easy, especially as Evelyn is cutting her top 2 teeth at the moment :(

No more bids on Ebay, 2 days left so will see what we get off there :) Had a no spend day today, been to toddler group and we had lunch at a friends house and now chilling at home (well im cleaning lol) and having a picnic inside later with odds and sods that need eating up at home later. Need to start on a 40th birthday present tonight and look at the fabric i need to order to make some taggie blankets for friends who are expecting x

    Thanks for the message Craftingmad.

I'm sure it'll work out in the end. I'm just gutted that I definitely won't be debt free at 30, as it was highly unlikely I was going to do it with the job I am in at the moment.

Never mind - onwards and upwards :)
