What was the volume of house sales in these areas recently?

    Thrugs,
I am not here to provide all things factual, even though I do so to provide data on my points.
Sometimes you have to do a little research to proove your own point.

Your post is essentially throwing out a soundbit, hoping to clutch a straw.

Anyway, to aid you, here is the latest quarterly release

Whilst your digging hopefully with my helpful links above, when you are considering sales volume, I believe that you should also be considering the volume of supply and demand in order to consider the percentages of impact.

Happy diffing, interesting to knwo your evaluation ;)

It was a joke. The original mentioning of Merthr was also light hearted.

Apologies for any offence caused. I realise this HPI is of no joke to some.

To be honest, I did get it.
It was an opportunity to highlight that not only London is surpassing previous peaks, so thanks

I emigrated to Manchester, either way I don't care, my house is a home not an investment, to which I now have 24 years and 1 month left to pay. :j

Of course it's an investment stop kidding yourself. You wouldn't have bought if it wasn't an investment.
