The mighty homeowner has once again stood toe to toe with members of the hpc chain gang and said in a very direct voice NO
We will not let are homes drop in value
I said this years ago on HPC.
One thing I have learnt in life is that people with money don't like losing it.
With most MP's investing in the property market it was pretty obvious house prices would not drop.
HPC tried to use the media to scare homeowners.
I said right from the start. All they managed to do was to wake a sleeping giant.
Now they are getting a hammering. Everyday new figures going upwards.
Fair play to James Toney on here now.
You put your hands up and admitted HPC had got it wrong
They can ban all the bulls but it aint gonna help them one bit.We love Sarah O Grady0 -
We dont care who we step on.
Houses are on way up.
HPC gang. Banjaxed into silence. It's over...
If house prices increasing at a rate lower than wage inflation is considered some sort of epic victory by you, the stupidest of all HPI cheerleaders, then what will we see once HPI reaches 2% per annum? Presumably you will masturbate yourself to death with excitement in that scenario?0 -

In your defence, there's nothing harder to predict than the future.
All this does make me wonder about the GDP data. Falling GDP is rarely associated with rising house prices and falling unemployment.0 -

They aren't increasing more slowly than my wage inflation.
