    Just 2K difference between the two indices, including repo and not.

    Also interesting that repo sale prices are rising faster than normal sale prices in the last year.

    HPC.co.uk have been calling for repo data to be added to LR for a long time now. Looks like they finally got what they wanted, though I doubt this is the data they expected. They seem pretty stunned to be honest.

    It does seem that nominal house prices really arent falling, even if you include forced sales.
