But I notice that they stil answer question on 05-08-2013, 2:29 PM in post #222. Long time ago though but that is the last post so far so probably because noone has asked question.

Hi - I moved from Primus to Sky last month. I have to say that having been with Primus for almost 3 years for my home phone, I have never had any material issues and have been very pleased with the value for money they offer (I'm only moving as Sky made me an offer I couldn't refuse).
However I have a small line rental credit with Primus and having spoken on the phone to customer services I have been told that I am not eligible to get this refunded (as it is less than £5 and I didn't give 30 days' notice). This goes against my understanding of how this is meant to work. Can anyone on this board confirm whether I should be getting this back, or if I should just let it go.
Thanks.If I had a pound for every time I didn't play the lottery...0 -
Primus - are you serious?
Router is faulty. Phoned them - no replacement unless we extend the contract. Hang on now - this is your router provided by you that allows us to pay for a service you provide!
Guess what - mac code please.0 -

The router isn't leased...it's your equipment.
But a pretty short sighted policy though not to replace it without demanding a trade off.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Hello Primus,
My question is: why are you persisting in demanding money from me when you have not supplied my phone line since August 29th.
On August 29th Tesco took over my phone line supply. They say you allowed this, although you failed to send me any notification as I understand you are meant to, to avoid it being switched without my consent. No matter, as I did indeed request the switch and it went ahead smoothly.
But please stop demanding money for a line you no longer supply. You ignore my emails. You will not answer the phone. When you do answer, you tell me your system is down and you'll phone back, but you don't. You have ignored my requests for details of your complaint procedure.
Please stop harassing me, close my account properly and stop asking for money which is not yours.0
