Hi
Sorry posted on wrong thread0 -
Just thought you lot would be interested to know that ignoring ParkignEye is COMPLETELY WRONG.
I have been issued a CCJ thanks to them and am now trying to get a judgement set aside.
DO NOT IGNORE THEM NO MATTER HOW LEGAL YOU BELIEVE THEM TO BE. THEY DO GO TO COURT.
I am a proven unfortunate candidate.

Posting on an old thread with outdated advice is also wrong and leads to confusion!!0 -
Yes they go to court, by last count about 13k in a year, but they got over 800,000 keeper details from the dvla, going by their own statistics that they get on average £63 a ticket when paid, and their accounts it means that 70% of tickets are not paid.
So you do the maths! And please don't bump old threadsWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
