Don't fret too much about the tea....I found I went off it in pregnancy anyway!!
You'll also get told to watch your intake of tuna, marlin and shark (I hope you've not got a freezer full of shark
) and avoid pate and soft cheese (listeria, I think).
I flew to Florida and went to Disney at 20 weeks and I was fine.
