If you are talking about the price increase it was posted a few days ago on the other lobster thread

Frustrated when the navman 100 was sold out I turned to ebay.

At last I won after getting outbid a few times, and am getting a brand new one for £18.50 inc postage.

I crowed about this to the family only to discover I am to be presented with a tomtom on Sunday!

I'll put this one back on ebay, but before I do if anyone here was wanting one then pm me (will do the same deal - £18.50 inc postage).

i left my details to an advisor who said he could set up an alert on his system to when more conditioned stock was available....this was about 3 weeks ago...and guess what he did call..so today i recieved my refurb at the original price of £22.99 incl. del. though he did try to quote the plus sim pack price but i insisted that i did not need it...so try your luck and leave your details for a call back if you want it at this price...definately worth your while at that price.

That's an absolute steal, I really thought they weren't going to do refurbs any more.

I wondered where this thread had gone! It was on grab-it when I last posted.

I bought 3 of the refurbs over the last couple of weeks.

Every time I go to work (as little as possible) someone else says can you get me one too!

I actually broke one by leaving the earpiece/aerial left in and it bent damaging the phone, so try not to be as clumsy as me.
  • I am having problems with my lobster at the moment. The earpiece volume is the lowest it will go (so I cannot hear tv/radio etc ) and the button on the side to increase it does not seem to work. Any ideas why? Will Virgin replace it under warrenty? I got it last month.
    Thanks
`Save a little money each month, and at the end of the year, you'll be suprised at how little you have.

IIRC, the TV/radio app has its own volume control in the software as well... can't remember for definite, or which keys it is. Try left/right or up/down on the d-pad.

Plus there's a volume dial on the headphones.
