    Well so far I have

Hoovered the entire house from top to bottom
    Done two loads of washing
All the cushion covers off the couch and in the wash
    Hoovered couch cushions etc
    and
Made bacon sandwiches for us all

    whilst

DD#1 has soaked her poor sore feet (to be said in a sarcastic voice) because she spent most of last night dancing in shoes you need a cherrypicker to get into
    and
DD#2 watched Harry Potter whilst reclining on a cushionless couch.

    Mother's day - pah!!!!!!!

The front page is all up to date :)

I had a horrible spendy day yesterday and it was all on groceries  We just seemed to need everything and I blew my budget out of the water :o
On the positive side, my cupboards and freezer are fit to burst so I refuse to buy anything but fresh stuff until everything is used up

Have a great Sunday everyone. Happy Mother's day :A:A

Eeek to the shopping. I am starting a list thanks to watching the Hairy B's and reading my Nigella book of a few bits I 'need' for the cupboard. Oddly though, for Nigella's Japanese prawns I just need the lime...I have Sake and Wasabi paste already :rotfl:

:rotfl: ahhh the days of wearing C2B shoes (Car to Bar :rotfl:)...now I actually consider whether I can walk in them as I'm getting past that age anyone will bother to help me up if I stack it in them :rotfl:

Well mummy called to say she's running late so not going over at the time planned - argh! Cheesecake in the fridge - top feels indulgently squidgy and the weight of it feels like a house brick :eek: not sure it's going to last until me taking some round to mummy later :o

Well, no profit made at the races but a fun day out had by all - I would definitely recommend it. Failed to meet a millionaire to sweep me off my feet though *sigh* .....maybe next time

No NSD yesterday - hopeful for today unless I need to buy a stamp for DCs birthday card....

Happy Mother's Day everyone - off to be spoiled by my children....then off to spoil my DM! :j
