My thoughts are with you Mrs Cautious, glad to hear that you had a nice evening.
I'm popping in to declare NSD #1 even though it's only mid-afternoon here. We're hunkering down after an eventful weekend and getting ready for the new week. I've got a few more boxes to unpack and lots of sorting to do but a nice nap first
Have a lovely day everyone :jCC1 £5999 Total Debt March 2021 £5999

I'm feeling very sorry for myself--tooth abscess, bladder infection & now a ruddy cold--& want to cheer me (& all of us) up
There are enough things in RL to manage ( ((HUGS)) to those with more than their share) so I try not to be maudling here
Chris-with-all-the-numbers has been MIA too; has anyone fiddled with the reinversion renobulator in the tardis againD'ya remember last time, Hubert got his favourite mane braids tangled round the sprocket & we completely obliterated Jinty's outhouse  If it hadn't been a time when essential support items were being replenished, goodness knows what would have happened to the window cleaner!
I'm going to set a modest target ovvvvv 14 I think. It's my baby's b'day this month (NOT a clue what to get prezzie-wise) along with all sorts of insurance & annual bills to organise, & I'm still seeing the dentist
but the Good news is I've got No1 for yesterday :T

Hi guys! Hope you are all well.
I've been generally MIA the past week or so as I've been rather ill. I am just about better now, coming to the end of a course of medication and my cough is slowly improving... Just in time to start my new job on Monday!
I went in briefly on Thursday to meet a few people and they all seem nice. Typically though, last night I had an anxiety dream about it being a bloody nightmare!
Today as been NSD1 as I generally potter round the house, doing some washing (my machine got fixed, finally. But because I rent, it was at no cost to me) and cooking for the week ahead. Going to whack some music on now and do some general tidying up. I have a feeling that the next couple of weeks are going to be jam-packed, so I like the reassurance that the house will be okay for a few weeks at least, with only minimal care. :rotfl:Because it's fun to have money!

Big hugs to all those who are poorly. xx
Coming on to confess a non-NSD already today. Started ok with a mystery shop  so quids up, then took an age in B00ts choosing some new make-up as planned this month, but had already loaded a gift card so that didn't count. However, down hill from there when I trundled into S'Drug and spend a futher £10 on new primer and an eyeshadow (ok that was only £1), headed over to A$da (not my norm one) for some specific item on offer that they don't normally have in the usual one, and stopped to spend £6 having some very nice but totally bonkers chaps swarm over my car and wash off all the winter muck (did 'save' £5 on the clean as I did the inside myself the other week... just remembered I forgot to pick up a new loyalty card after OH accidentally threw the other one out)
So I shall lock the doors, bolt the windows and sit on my hands for the rest of the day to ensure no further spends:o

Tee hee Kerri - you go for it big time when you don't get the NSD - love it
Well, took the car for it's MOT, service and wash today with the £29 Groupon voucher I bought last week.....needed a headlight adjustment which cost me a tenner so £39 overall. I'm really pleased - it was booked for MOT and service at the wee local garage I usually use for £135 so saved £96 :j :j
That will pay for DD's driving licence that she wants for her birthday....not till May but good to know I've got the cash to pay for it.
Anyhoo....hopefully tomorrow will be NSD number 2SPC Member #112 :A Save £2k in 2014 # 160 :money:0
