I am into my 2nd month of Now Tv.
Pro's
Newer content than Netflix / Lovefilm
Free 30 days then 3 discounted months @ £8.99 per month
Can Watch on iPad
New premieres added every Friday
Con's
Choice is lacking so it's a bit of a chore to find something entertaining
Device Limit restricted to TWO devices and ONE CHANGE per month!
Can be buggy with difficulty with browser settings, error messages and Buffering issues.
£15 after the free month and three discounted months is a bit steep for the lack of choice.0 -
Regarding the NowTV offer (I can't post links as yet I'm afraid) about the free cinema tickets. Am I missing something? As I can't find the codes anywhere0

The codes will not be available until tomorrow Paradocks.
How to get a code
As the MSE weekly email goes to seven million people, to make it fair we’ll be giving the codes out in batches. There are 100,000 codes so we think they’ll last, but things can go very quickly when they’re in the weekly email.
Batches of 25,000 codes will be available FROM HERE at the following times…- 10am on Thurs 28 Feb
- 3pm on Thurs 28 Feb
- 8pm on Thurs 28 Feb
- 11am on Fri 1 March
HTH,

Yea, I feel clever haha!
Thanks Becca0 -
This is an amazing offer. Thanks again MSE, you never cease to exceed expectations!I work in property law, but not for any user on this site. Boring but important: none of my posts are legal advice.0

For anyone who misses out there's an offer at quidco, but be aware that they take £5 per year out of your cashback, and it's not guaranteed to track. Still, it's worth considering if you don't get a cinema ticket code

I tried the free trial last year but gave up as the picture quality was quite poor. Now TV is provided only in Standard Definition (SD) - except when using an X-Box where apparently High Definition (HD) streaming is provided (I'm watching with a PC connected to my TV).
I imagine this is probably related to licensing requirements from the film producers, but I think this could me more to encourage viewers to purchase a full Sky satellite system (for much more £) if you want to watch Sky Movies in HD.
I therefore cancelled Now TV and then tried Lovefilm but the HD quality was also quite poor (I think you need fibre broadband speeds) so I gave up with them too.
I finally went to Netflix where the HD quality was much better but the choice of movies was a bit limited as well.
As a result I've now cancelled all of them for now and will (perhaps) try again later in the year.0 -
I've just got a code but none of the links in the article actually link to NowTV, they just redirect back to the article. So there's no link to enter the code to be able to start the free trial- does anyone know where we're supposed to enter it? :think:0

Hi JoRowlingRocks, the links seem to be all working ok on my browser (Firefox). This is the page that they link to: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/redir/d181147a
Hope that helps - let me know if it's not working!

Using Firefox too, and the link doesn't work for me when I click it in your post either. Do you have the actual NowTV address link rather than the redirect link?
Edit: Just tried in IE and it works there. My browser must just be having an off day!0
