Have done my first ever TillyTidy, £2.19 in old redundant ISA. Paid it to mortagasge overdraft.

54p for me - have decided to log onto bank at work and make TT's - then update the spreadsheet in the evening. Double the fun :j.
Oh dear....... I actually do mean double the fun. How sad.

Hello there,
Well didn't TT the 43p as it was attached to £50, got paid for 1 job by cheque, paid it in and transferred it as part of the regular payment to mortgage od, so not really a TT or an OP, more just a nomal one early. Still helps reduce the balance and the interest by at least 0.000001p for the month so all helps
Took tidder into school to have her photo taken with the big kids, picture looked lovely on the photographers camera, so no doubt not money saving, but lovely to have.
Shopped in t3sco,only for fresh bits and top ups, no meat or main meal stuff, and it still came to £77 :eek::eek:
(Did include dress for me £7)
Eating out freezer and cupboards helping, but lordy the price of food and fuel! Used loads of vouchers and queried prices of stuff and was generally a customer from hell.
Also we were very restrained and bought soup and french bread to bring home rather than eat out. :A
Have frozen a load of chicken curry a friend had made and given to her as was too spicy for her family, yum yum.
Solar panels doing their stuff, dishwasher on for 2nd time today, all covered by lovely sunshine, must round up anything that needs charging and get it on while sun still out.
Off to work for a client tonight, might think about putting my invoice in this week, lots of work on, so that's good.
Off now to help son with his homework (assuming i understand it!)
Enjoy this lovely sunshine, xx0 -
Hello there, (slinks out of the corner)
Lost the plot bit this week in many senses, including diary posting.
Lots of work on,which is good as more work means more pennies, but as a consequence not much has happened money-wise and not an awful lot of decent cooking has gone on either. Its funny how it all knocks on though as being busy means don't cook or eat well, so feel a bit bleurgh each day, and sling in a few glasses of wind-down wine and its all gone a bit pear-shaped (a bit like me really!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)
Anyway, on the positive side, the £7 dress went back to t3sco, mostly because of that pear-shapedness (is that a real word?) again.
Am going to have a nice weekend and enjoy mother's day, and get back on the slimming world wagon come Monday morning. Remind me of that statement next week. I haven't really just consumed half of the tiramisu that was destined for Mother's Day Lunch Number One tomorrow, really
Hubby away with his girls this weekend, bargain trip planned long ago, and nice for them to have some time together. Means I've got the house, tv remote and most importantly the bed to myself. I'll be able to do this :j:j:j in bed all night long, (that's the closest I can get to a sleeping-star-shaped smiley)
So am going to spend rest of evening watching tv and listening to music that wouldn't appeal to hubby, and of course catching up on everyone else's diary.0 -
Well back on the MSE wagon if not the slimming world one, NSD today, hubby had a good time away with his daughter's and thee kids at home missed daddy enough to be very pleased to see him home again.
Catching up on last week's Mr Selfridge and then off to bed,
Night all, enjoy Mother's Day, I'm looking forward to being spoilt rotten in an inexpensive way. :-)0 -
Have a lovely pampering day tomorrow:)
I have recently lost the plot also this month (wish it had only been for a week:o) and cancelled my MOP DD so very little posting from me also. Although I had a bit of a virtual chat with GG and she made me feel sooo much better. In fact GG if you're reading this, I lurves you;)
Happy Mothers Day V1ckyt:DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Well not a NSD but only a small spend in waitrose, a few essentials and a few nice bits.
Kids very excited about bringing cards, daffodils and breakfast in bed, but other than that not a whole lot of pampering going on. Got a few bits done, meal planned for the week, tidied and sorted larder cupboard.
In anticipation of tomorrow's return to healthiness de-cluttered the following (with some assistance)
1/2 lemon tart
pack of warm grumpy buns (as they are called by the kids)
1 medium and 2 fun sized bars of chocolate (not much help here, mostly cos they didn't know about their existance :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)
Bottle of peach bellini
Back on all wagons tomorrow. Might have to do some financial juggling to produce a small over-payment to kick-start me psychologically.
Going to pinch Alchemilla's 5 things I'm grateful for
1. My 3 fab kis
2. My lovely mum and sister
3. Lovely hubby who freezer dives for me as I feel the cold more than him
4. Freezer full of stuff for DH to dive in
5. Our comfy and warm home on this chilly night0
