We have Aqua Zumba in our local pool. It looks good fun, but...I'd rather go for a swim or lift some weights.

Ok - so at the risk of sounding a complete div what should I be doing in the gym?

Female - 5' 4" tall - weigh 117lbs having lost 50lbs and now I want some muscle definition!!

Can only use the gym at work which has the usual cardio stuff plus one of these and a set of hand weights ranging from 2kg up to 15kg.

    Any advice gratefully received.

Nice one! I always like getting more info!!

I've had to sadly stop training isolated groups, I've injured my shoulder and it hurts even to pick up my lady bag:mad:, so back to full body workout but going easy/if not at all on the weights till I heal! VERY VERY SAD

    GOOD LUCK NIKKI
