Fine from Wing Parking

I have just had a fine attached to my windscreen whilst picking up my disabled mother-in-law from Churchill gardens Estate.
I am her registered driver and have been doing so for over 5 years now but today was the first time i have received a ticket.
The notice if from Wing Parking which states are working on behalf of City of Westminster.
It says its a Parking Charge Notice NOT a Penalty Charge Notice(not sure if this makes a difference)
The issue reason reason is 0013 Parking Permit Not Valid
I had the blue badge displayed and they took photos showing it was displayed and the information i was given 5 years ago by the estate office said this was all that was needed to park here however i phoned them today and nobody can now confirm this, they can only say they think thats all is needed!
Tried to add a link of the photo of the ticket but site doesnt allow me to.
many thanks

Ignore them, this company deliberately tries to confuse people with the council logo on their fake tickets, despite lots of complaints to the dvla and bpa both do nothing.
They are actually breaking the BPA CoP on this as they state that they must not ticket a car with a badge, even though the blue badge doesn't really apply in private car parks. If there are disabled bays there they are probably breaking the Equality Act 2010 as well which can lead to them being sued by someone who has a mind to do so.
The best advice is just ignore them thoughWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

It's not a FINE!What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Again, just ignore them
But why have you called it a fineFor everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -
Ok thats good to hear, one thing though which i forgot to add though is i was just parked in a regular parking bay and not a Disabled bay, as these were full up and i often park in the 'normal' bays as there are many empty ones at this time of day.
Does this make any difference?
Also should i email the appeals section of Wing which they say to do so?
Dont want the amount to go up and get court notices or whatever they are called etc
Sorry just always referred to these as a parking fine.0 -
Disabled bays have no relevance on private ground, although you should not park there if you are not disabled. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

it makes no difference
No dont email them you will only be wasting your time
IGNORE!!!For everthing else there's mastercard.

It only confirms that they must not ticket a vehicle with a blue badge, and they are in breach of the Equality Act. If you are a militant type I would send to the management company a letter headed
Breach of Equality Act 2010 - Churchill gardens Estate.
State that you will sue them and wing if they don't get this ticket cancelled immediately , and you are giving them 14 days to get it done.

It does not matter if the invoice ammount goes up or not! If it was£20 or £20,000 it would still be an unenforcable invoice which you do not have to pay!
Relax, ignore and get on with your life safe in the knowledge that you have just avoided being scammed!0 -

I like the militant approach; threaten to sue for disability law breach & harassment:

and what about post #18 here which confirms a success from this approach:

Softer approach:

Easy approach = ignore the whole scam. Like here, a case also involving a dreadfully worded fake PCN from Wing parking:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=75295
That last OP never heard anything more but there was plenty of scope to report Wing Parking for various breaches of the misleading ticket wording alone: ''Until now I have still not received any reply from WP, will definitely keep you updated whether they follow through or not.''
Up to you really, if you do take the 'militant approach' then insist on a POPLA verification code if this was in England/Wales, as a POPLA appeal stage costs the PPC money and isn't even binding on you (but is binding on them!). The top thread on the parking forum tells you all about POPLA; on a website written by a poster here.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
