My family are going the weekend of 19th July so that may be the reason to pay for the entertainment passes.

I have friends going to Minehead in September and wondered whether they would need passes?

Does anyone know if we can refuse them when paying the balance but add them on arrival?

we did this with Park resorts recently.. except they never mentioned that we needed to pay, and the passes were in the welcome pack.

I am a bit concerned as we're going Aug Bank holiday so a busy time, and they might want passes considering how busy it will be?
  • Yes you can add them on there as I rang to cancel mine direct and the Butlins lady told me if I changed my mind, I could pay on-site!

Art I will but not until I return late Aug.

We're booked in to Bognor and arrive Aug 26, which is not only school hols but also a bank holiday!!! I weighed up the pros and cons of not paying and decided not to risk it, after others said they needed passes in school holidays. I'm still saving £700 on the online price even after paying for the passes, so am happy with that.

I was told I could re add them at a later date but it had to be BEFORE day of arrival. No idea how true this was!!!

  • Hi
Has anyone been to Bognor in the last few weeks? Could you please confirm whether they are issuing actual entertainment passes or is it still just the room key? Thanks in advance.
