In the other hand, after dd1 i never wanted another, although she slept thru from 12 weeks and was very laid back with Bf and everythings... but the after birth killed me, and we didnt want another for 4 years !!
Now i have Jade, and you all know how hard life has been with her constant crying, etc... i must be crazy but i want a 3rd already ! But i wouldnt do that very soon, as i want us to enjoy her plenty.. DD1 already keeps telling me that 'jade needs a baby so she can be a big sister too..

MArta, i do not think the britax will fit our car either ! when they described it like slim car seat i thought it was true !... it is going back this week, which is a shame!

Ladies my 4mo has got long legs ( she is using still the newborn support thingy in her maxi cosi cabrio) is is safe that her legs are out ? as think i was told it is, unless her head is bigger than the seat ?

I will post a pic of me and 'Jade tomorrow, it gives me something to do tomorrow...

I was told as long as the head didnt go over the top too. I think I took the support wedge out about 4.5mnths, it does give a bit more leg room. xx

Morning ladies. I woke up, thought my phone said 6.40am and leapt in the shower so I was dressed before G woke up (anytime from 6-7 at the moment), went through to get my slippers and OH says "what are you doing? It's 6am". AAARRRRGGGHHHH must have misread my phone and it actually said 5.40am. So now, as we live in a one bed flat and G is asleep in the bedroom and OH is asleep in the front room I'm sat on the floor in the hallway playing on the iPad.

AND I washed my hair but now can't dry it as I'll wake everyone up so it'll be all sticky outy by the time I can get the hair dryer on it. The day has to get better from here, right?!

Looks like we've been awake together Katie, i started getting a cold yesterday and lo was sneezing just as much as me, woke up at 5:30 to him sniffling away in his basket, now I feel like a very mean mummy because I've obviously passed it on to a 10 week old baby! Dreading this next week with him being full of it :(

The newborn thingy wedge came out at about a month with Freddie. Then I removed the whole thing, i.e. the bit that goes round their heads, a few weeks later. But then he is a big fat monster. His legs stick over the edge and have done for ages. I don't think it matters. It's more important where their heads are and what they weigh. At nearly 11 months and over 10kg I'm still using the cabriofix; I figure it's best to have them rear-facing as long as possible. He's not too heavy (up to 13kg) but he's not got much room to move. I have to wedge him in. :D

I am looking at replacements - just being a bit lazy.

Here's another one of me and the boy. I don't look a day over 39 and a half. I don't think it's a great one of Freddie, but, hey! It's not about him. :D
