Her beauty regime is better then mine! :o

Noah hair goes curly when he's sweaty/stressed.

noah is now officially in the "Clarks shoes club". We have to go back and have his pic done though as their camera didn't work. :(

    And mine! :o

Boo to the camera not working - you should have insisted on a discount! ;) Is he loving his new shoes and playing with them at every opportunity or is he just being a boy and chucking them in the corner?

    Three words: Aussie hair insurance!
Works wonders for squeak who has ringlets halfway down her back,:)

Thanks, might try that at some point - we're using Dark & Lovely at the moment, which seems to do the trick, but who knows what will happen when her hair gets longer*... :o

*Which, by the way, I'm looking forward to - at the moment it's too short for a ponytail but long enough to look chaotic, and things like hairbands, which look very cute when I put them on her, stay on for approx. 10 minutes on a good day.

He's not interested in them! The lady from Clarks must of thought he could walk and stood him up...her face was a picture when he splattered onto the floor!

    Ooh what's dark and lovely?!

We tend to comb squeaks hair in the bath with a shower comb (with conditioner still in) and spray hair insurance and sometimes blow dry.

Ponytails really do help, keep trying because you can do them on surprisingly short hair, even if on the top like a cabbage patch doll :D also hairclips near the ears do wonders.

But you can put hair insurance in dry hair and brush out just about anything (except lollipop sticky. That's bath territory!)

They don't do photos at the local shop here, might have to brave a trip to the Clarks shop in town! I'm really jealous of you guys getting photos :o

I'm jealous of these babies with beautiful hair. Do they get it from their mummy's?

I think we're approaching cabbage patch doll territory :) I also have a supply of pretty hairclips ready and waiting, so really should have a go at some hair styles if she'll sit still for 5 seconds.

Dark & Lovely is aimed at black and mixed race hair (hubby's black) - easy to find in our part of London, probably much less so in areas with a different demographic :o Will definitely investigate the Aussie stuff - I've seen it in the shops, but never tried it.

PS: I think you should complain to Clarks! No photos - what's that about?!

It's a Clarks stockist, the proper Clarks shop is two buses away (boy do I need to get a driving licence!)

Sammie: DD1 looked like Casper the friendly ghost until she was 2, almost completely bald :) she has long thick hair now tho. FWIW long hair is overrated. I go into panic mode when I get a 'head lice in class' letter.

My LO's hair has been reasonably thick since birth but appears to be getting darker! I'm surprised as my entire family and OHs entire family were all white blonde until 8 or 9 years.

Although OH has gorgeous curls which I'm hoping LO inherits, blonde curly boys are ADORABLE!

Hi guys :) so sorry I havent posted much lately. Mega busy at work and dont seem to have time at home just now. Welcome to the clarks club newbies ;) Aiden HATES his shoes lol....trys to kick them off as soon as they are on and then trys the old push them off with the other shoe trick, hoping he gets used to them!

Gutted I cant make the meet up :( would be ace to see some of you!

Nutella, my friends LO has similar hair to your LO, well sounds the same. Fairly sure she uses dark and lovely, is it in a pink bottle? Or I may be wrong.

Finally got a look in the boys mouth tonight when we were brushing his teeth and saw we have two molars at the top! Only a bit through, but it did make me feel ever so sorry for him as he has been quite upset and off his food lately because of them, it must be awful for them :(

Has anyone ever been to the pixifoto people at mothercare btw? They are here this weekend so may go.

Oh, and my sisters little boy has masses of blonde curls...very cute :) Aiden still doesnt have much hair lol.

    xxxxx

I do confess to not knowing a lot about the MMR though as the link with abortion means it has never been that relevant to me.
I've not heard this - what link?
