Amazing how one spleling mistake by a dyslexic gets spread around isn't it.:)

Not complaining! I had to look it up myself. But it seems to be the word of the week with Quidco. Just had an email from them re the Chicago Town subs "Unfortunately, on this occasion none of the listed items have been deemed eligible for cashback." Now I am fuming. All for 20p. Wonder if other MSErs are having the same response?

Hi, I have had 3 reciepts that have been rejected as intelligible today.

60p from Morrisions for buying 2 Onken yogurts (on Saturday)

75p from Sainsbury's for buying 700g Heinz ketchup and a hot sauce (bought on Saturday)

20p from Sainsbury's for buying Chicago Town subs ( bought late on Friday but uploaded on Saturday)

    Hi there,

If the quality of the images are poor your receipt maybe declined, there should be a resubmit button next to these in your activity, you can take further images of these receipts and upload them again.

    The word is ineligible.

I was just going to post about my ineligible Sainsburys receipt from last week, where I had a similar reply to other posters but no explanation. I sent a message and received a reply and it was sorted. It wasn't difficult but there was no explanation offered.
Reading the posts above, reminded me of the Chicago Town recpt I submitted last week and haven't had any confirmation emails for, so I just logged on and found it listed as ..... ineligible.

Going to message again now. Are you trying to get us to stop sending the recpts in Quidco?

    Hi Defairmans,

I am sorry to hear that these have been declined.

Should you ever have a receipt declined due to items being ineligible please send us a message as it is likely that we can assist you.

On occasion it can be that our system does not pick up these offers due to the quality of the images, or due to aliases for the products on your receipt that we haven't been provided with. In this case we can manually credit you with this cashback.

I hope that this clarifies things a little further for you.

Current spend £10 in Aldi or Lidl and get 50p Quidco ClickSnap cash back - unfortunately Aldi and Lidl are not retailers that can be selected from the drop down list - obviously not been tested !!

    edit ........ fixed now ;)
It is now sitting there with "confirmed" status but no cash back amount.

Has anyone tried the CheckoutSmart app?Apparently it's offering free cake and bread.
ASDA and buy a Double Chocolate Loaf Cake (50p) and any 400g loaf of Kingsmill (50p).
Snap a picture of your receipt and submit it via the app the minimum payout is £1 which you'll have made when you buy the cake & bread.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time

I've just downloaded it - looks really good! Lots of offers and some are quite vague - e.g. 20p off any Finish/HovisMuller/Uncle Bens etc item so plenty of choice! :T

I tried it tonight. I've uploaded my receipt, but no credit is showing. Does anyone know how to make it work or how long it should take for the money to show?

So can we make that process easier by maybe having a link next to the word ineligible or a drop down box line saying challenge eligibility?

As many have said sending a message on this subject is very time consuming and very un-user friendly or a great faff I think it was called.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

Same here, uploaded a receipt last night, still no credit. It said they'll email when the money's been credited though. Does seem a bit long - guess it's similar waiting times to Quidco.

It usually takes a few day. They will email you when they have checked the receipt. It should be noted that the first withdrawal is £1+ then it's £5+. I requested my £1.30 to paypal about a week ago and it's still pending
