Quidco representative can you help?
I uploaded a receipt last week for Ali, (spend £10 get 50p back) and it's now not showing on my phone or my computer. The offer has gone from the offers available too

I did this offer along with the milk and looking at https://www.quidco.com/activity/clicksnap/ it is showing as Processing.

I got the Aldi offer and milk on the first day, infact I brought it then checked the app and saw the deal:money:Mine got confirmed last night so I wouldn't fret yet:)

Strange - have received an email confirmation from Quidco re the above shop. Now I did also submit the same receipt to Checkoutsmart as they also had an offer of spend £10 Aldi receive 50p. However received 2 emails at the same time from Quidco, 1 telling me the ClickSnap receipt had been declined and the other confirming the tracking Confused?! Me too:o

A receipt can only be claimed once - either on ClickSnap or Checkoutsmart, not both.

Yes I've now received an email from Checkoutsmart telling me this makes the new app pointless if its got the same offers as Quidco on. Don't know if there's much point to keeping it ...:(

Is it just me having problems or it is anyone else?

I am using topcashback to get to lastminite.com to book a hotel room and Ive been getting an error message all day.

I can click on the link but instead of getting the grey box from topcashback which says its recognized what I am doing I get an error message with a load of numbers.

I have so far tried doing a c clean, clearing my cookies and the internet cache, tried using IE11 and Google Chrome, tried using a very old computer with another version of IE.

The same happens with my account and with OHs.

Ive left them a message on twitter and facebook but I have had no replies - Saturday afternoon.

Anything else I can trY/

Error message for me too.. I went ahead and did the transaction anyway.. then raised a ticket for it.. (well a dummy run) and it recognised the transaction I had made.. so I hopeful it will be ok
