    I had the same problem last night, if you look under the help info it suggests you log out and then log back in again. This worked for me when I did this, so worth trying.

    I nearly did but got a message saying if I did that I would lose unclaimed rewards!

    I got that message and still logged out and didn't lose my unclaimed rewards I am sure you will be fine.
